For the meantime, I'll just keep on enriching myself...find my own routine. So when the next guy comes along, I'm just not gonna rely on his schedule since I'll be pre-occupied myself. And if I realize that I'm really falling for him, I should remind myself to remain focused on myself and not on us. Because once I start to prioritize us ahead of him....that's when things get messy.

I'm a self driven person. I wouldn't be in Sydney in the first place if I wasn't, otherwise I would still be complacent in Manila. Or I wouldn't be the top performer at work. I know what I want and I know how to get them. I plan things. But sadly, in relationships, I should learn how to back off. It's not me who should do the planning. That's the guy's job. And if you see that the guy doesn't have any plans at all but make you feel there's something wrong....then, it's really time to walk away.
